Submission Guide

All papers should be submitted via: http://confsys.iconf.org/submission/iceeep2026 (you will need to create a new account, if you do not have one already). Or, you can submit it by email to Ms. Nina Lee via iceeep@zhconf.ac.cn.

• Full Paper: You need to submit your full paper to us before submission deadline, which will enter the preliminary review and peer review system. And you'll be informed of the review status of your paper by the notification date. Then your paper will be published into the conference proceedings if accepted, plus you'll be entitled to present your paper at the conference as well.
• Abstract Only: You need to submit the abstract of your paper to us before submission deadline. The conference committee will perform a brief review, and you'll be granted the chance to present your paper if it passes the review. And for this registration category abstract would not be published. If publication is required, full paper needs to be submitted before submission deadline and accepted reviewed full paper will be considered for publication after registration.

Policy of Multiple Submissions

All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.
